An excellent piece. As someone from Toronto, it's really interesting to see Quebec from an insider's perspective. We get news out of Quebec but we have a hard time getting the context because the culture (both political and social) is so different. So usually we have someone from Quebec or someone who's a CBC reporter TRYING to break it down for the ROC (yes, there are those in the ROC who also use the term ROC ;D). I think it loses something in the translation though. (No pun intended)
